You can purchase your items online and ship them directly to your doorstep or you can also request for a pickup. Shipping is free on some orders. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure that your order will get to you on time. Delivery times vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items and the time or day you place your order.
Any late delivery or delivery failures that exceeds the allotted days should be reported to us.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an Email notification and an automated SMS notification. You can schedule your delivery through the notifications sent to you or if you do not wish to schedule it by yourself, our customer representative will call you for the delivery schedule. TELEIOS LUXE group does not hold any liability for any late shipment due to failure of answering the calls.
You will be called once a day and with a maximum of 3 attempts. Failure of answering the calls without any notice form your side will automatically cancel the order.
